Apple has approved Opera mini browser on its iPhones opening a new era for Opera laden iPhones.

Apple has many versions of browsers on its App Store, but Opera has become the first rival to get access to iPhone.

Earlier, Opera applied to run on the iPhones on March 23 and accordingly, the browser was available for downloading to consumers. Now, the approval came after three weeks of request instead of one week.

According to the analysts, the decision was difficult for Apple.

Opera's browser claims to provide superfast data download of up to six times faster download speeds than Apple's own browser. It has also promised to reduce data traffic by up to 90%.

For the next few years, there has been a massive congestion in data traffic causing several problems for the operators' networks. And, expectedly, the new Opera mini will succeed in getting market demand.
