‘Once Upon..Gets A Good Box Office Reception

Directed by Milan Luthria and produced by the Balaji Tele films, ‘Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai’ has got a good box office reception. This Ajay Devgan and Emraan Hashmi starrer has the perfect story of 70’s to captivate the audience of any age-group.

‘Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai’ is an achievement for all, either for Balaji Tele films as it also gave their last experimental hit, ‘Love, Sex aur Dhoka, it can also hold good for Milan Luthria and obviously for the star cast of the movie.

The movie’s opening week gathered some great critic reviews, good word of mouth and consequently a good occupancy in the cinema halls. The first weekend net is approximately Rs 21 crore and the film is overall described as a great cinematic experience, full of 70’s style dialogues and beautiful appearances of Kangana and Prachi .

Even the film has touched the international market pretty well and the film is flaring high. The movie has grossed around 1.3 million in Dubai alone in just four days.

Sunny Khanna, senior VP, Balaji President adds, “It has had the biggest opening overseas ever, especially in Dubai, for any Ajay Devgan or Emraan Hashmi-starrer.”

Even the satellite rights of the movie have been sold at a solid price of Rs 10.5 crore and it has yet to get its cream of business in the coming weeks
