With economic recession coming down and the real estate market showing mild growth, Omaxe Ltd has plans for rolling out four projects very soon.
According to the chairman and managing director of Omaxe, Rohtash Goel, “We are planning to launch four projects in the next two to three months with an investment of about Rs.1,500 crore”.
"The company is planning to raise about Rs.2,500 crore from these projects," he said. He was addressing the media on the sidelines of a conference held in Delhi.
He mentioned that the firm is planning to roll out the projects in Faridabad, Indore, Allahabad and Chandigarh. He added that Omaxe has already completed the acquisition process.
All these projects will be completed in 30-36 months, depending on clearances.
"Last year was really painful, but this year the demand is improving. Buyers are returning to the market and we are expecting good sales this Diwali," Goel said.
