Nokia has launched its Music Store in India. The Music Store was launched on Wednesday at a function held in Mumbai.
 
The Music Store offers more than 3 million tracks across various genres for downloading. This is one among those music stores which is exclusively catered for Indian users.
 
The store is loaded with heavy localized content and to achieve this, the company has collaborated with local music labels including Tseries, Yashraj Music, Saregama, BIG Music and Venus.
 
Along with the Music Store launch, Nokia will also be launching its Comes With Music service in India later this year.
 
Nokia has also announced the launch of three new devices in India. These include the Nokia 5630, 5530 XpressMusic and the 5230.
 
Currently the Nokia Music Store offers the users a variety of options to download music. An “on-device” client is offered so that the tracks can be downloaded using a PC or over the air. Users can play the purchased tracks wherever they want to and can sync it to their phones or to their PCs.
 
The full-fledged launch of the Music Store has been launched within months the Nokia has started offering purchase vouchers with select phone models on the E, N and the XpressMusic series of phones.
