Two sleek mobile handsets from Nokia E71 and E66 now, are available in Indian market. These handsets will be giving tough contest to RIM’s Blackberry in terms of price and features. These phones supporting Nokia's Intellisync Wireless Email Platform facilitate third-party email services too.
Some striking features of the handset E66 are, 2G Network-GSM 850/900/1800/1900; 3G Network-HSDPA 850/1900/ 2100 (3.6 Mbps); GPRS; HSCSD; EDGE. Also, it has 3.15 mega pixels, 2048x1536 pixels, auto focus, and video (VGA 22fps) flash and secondary video call camera.
On the other hand E71 has Symbian OS 9.2, Series 60 v3.1 UI Feature Pack 2, and dimension of 114 x 57 x 10 mm, 66 cc. Similarly, it has TFT, 16M colors, 320 x 240 pixels, 2.36 inches, QWERTY keyboard, and five-way scroll key. 3.15 mega pixels is another major attraction of the set. Writing about its memory, it has microSD (TransFlash), up to 8GB; 110 MB internal memory.
While E66 has Li-Ion 1200 mAh (BL-4U) battery which gives 7 hours and thirty minutes talk time, and 264 hours stand-by time of 264 hours, E71 has Li-Ion 1200 mAh (BL-4U) battery, and 4hours and 20 minutes talk time. Similarly, it has stand-by time of 410 hours, is available at the price of 20500 rupees.
