The Maharashtra CM is reported to have assured Nitish Kumar on the issue of providing security to the Biharis. The Bihar chief minister was also informed that the Maharashtra police was busy working on the tape of Raj Thackeray’s fresh speech a couple of days ago. He was told that appropriate measure will be taken against the Maharashtra Navnirman Sena chief once the genuineness of the tape got established. The Bihar CM was heard to have remarked earlier that it was basically the ‘inaction’ of the Union government and Maharashtra government that fuelled the defiance of Raj Thackeray.
