After a lot of waiting, America’s Apple Inc. eventually inaugurated its store in Boston on Wednesday 14 May, which happens to be its largest retail space till date. The eye-catching three storey building is situated on 815 Boylston St., is custom-made and sprawls over an area of 21,350-square feet with an all-glass frontage. It sports signature details comprising smoked glass, chrome and stone floors from Florence.

 

This new Apple Store at Boston has been constructed with green elements, is filled with natural lights and has a very roomy feel. The roof of the building is green as well whereas rainwater fills the water table beneath. The company has not divulged how much money has invested on its construction. Computers including iMacs and MacBooks will be sold on the first floor of this store.

 

On the second floor of this Apple store at Boston, one will find iPod and iPhone products being sold, whereas the third features the Genius Bar. The Genius Bar is a place where people can seek technical assistance and other services.   Maximum people working in the new Apple store at Boston are locals and have previous experience of Apple retail.
