Neha Dhupia will be next seen in comedy ‘Phas Gaye Re Obama’, where she plays the role of a gangster, she says that her inspiration for doing that role was UP Chief Minister Mayawati.

Neha reveals, “As I play a gangster from UP in the film, I had to get that language right and so I observed Mayawati to learn how she speaks. She is the only woman whose dialect, whether she is serious or funny, is extremely monotonous. So I have tried to incorporate this in my character. However, my character is not inspired by her.”

The movie is based on the backdrop of recession which emerged in US and Neha’s character is called ‘Munni Madam’, Rajat Kapoor and Sanjay Mishra also stars in it and it is directed by Subhash Kapoor.

The movie will release on December 3 alongside Ashutosh Gowarikar’s ‘Kheley Hum Jee Jaan Se’ which stars Abhishek Bachchan and Deepika Padukone.

Neha ends saying, “I am not the heroine of the film. I am one of heroes. It is a male part in a female form.”
Neha will be seen in a movie after a long struggle and her role is supposed to be the essence of the film.
