In order to provide its viewers more ‘relatable, innovative and relevant’ entertainment, the National Geographic Channel (NGC) has revamped itself by launching new packaging, new website as well as new content. Commenting on this development, NGC India senior VP content and communication Rajesh Sheshadri said that it underlines the NGC’s constant endeavor to innovate and better itself.
Rajesh Sheshadri says that new avatar of the NGC is bound to make the audience sit up avidly and see its programmes with a whole new perspective. ‘Our website natgeotv.co.in will take the viewer to a whole new world of information, engagement and entertainment this August onwards,’ he added. It includes riveting features like video viewing, talk forum, games, monthly contests and segments on Nat Geo genres.
Even the still photographs have been provided a 3-D effect by the NGC to make them appear more interesting to viewers. At the same time, the TV channel declared that it is soon going to introduce a number of interesting shows based on different genres such as action, adventure, technology and extreme wild.
