According to reports from NASA, the launch of its space shuttle, Discovery, has been put off, due to the bad weather conditions which were experienced at Cape Canaveral. The space shuttle, Discovery, was scheduled to be launched on Tuesday from the launch site at Cape Canaveral.
 
The launch of this NASA space shuttle had been scheduled to happen at 1.36 a.m. (0536 GMT) on Tuesday from the Kennedy Space Centre in Florida. The space shuttle was meant for the transferring the new equipments and experiments to the International Space Station.
 
According to the NASA statement that came on Tuesday, the weather posed major safety risk to all the seven astronauts on Discovery as well as for the space shuttle, because of which this decision has been adopted.
 
The space shuttle has now been scheduled to be launched on Wednesday at 05:10 GMT.
