Top seed Rafael Nadal of Spain has won third round match defeating Viktor Troicki of Serbia by 6-4, 6-3, 6-0. The year so far has been productive for this 22 year player. This year he has won French Open and Wimbledon Open defeating Roger Federer in the finals, and toppling him down. Also, he won Gold medal in the Beijing Olympic.

 

Nadal will face Sam Querrey of USA in next round. Sam defeated Croatian player Ivo Karlovic in third round by 7-6 (7-5), 7-6 (7-5), 6-2. Nadal has played just once against Sam at Cincinnati in 2006, and had defeated that time. However, US player was confident about his ability when he said that both the players are different players now.

 

Nadal on the other hand said that he is in the fourth round and he is there to improve his tennis. He promised that he is ready to try and play a good match. He said that he knows if he has to win he has to perform well in next match. Querrey is considered big hitter, and in his last match he hit 20 aces. This would be his first chance to play in fourth round of Grand Slams.
