Malaika Arora’s hot item song ‘Munni Badnam’ is already in the news, but somehow it has gained the attention of an activist now. He has filed a complaint saying that the word ‘Hindustan’ should be deleted from the song and the word have been used in an indecent context.

Meanwhile, Shree Ashtavinayak Productions, the co-producers of ‘Dabangg’ have turned down the complaint. In its reply, it said that the petition was filed with an ulterior motive and deserves to be rejected.

The activists name is Rajkumar Tak and he adds further, “The vulgar item song shows one Munni dancing indecently surrounded by anti-social elements and one corrupt police officer who is in uniform. The song says 'Leh Hindustan hui darling tere liye'."

Even the production house stated that the usage of the word ‘Hindustan’ has not been done inappropriately or in a vulgar context. The hearing of the case will be done on September 3.
