Forbes, leading business magazine, has recently revealed that India’s commercial capital Mumbai has the seventh largest population of billionaires in the world. Russian capital Moscow tops the list of cities having the maximum number of billionaires in the world. Moscow boasts of 74 billionaires and following closely is New York with 71 billionaires and then London, which is home to 36 billionaires.
 
Mumbai, however, tops the list in terms of average wealth of billionaire residents, with an average net worth of 7.6 billion dollars. In terms of having maximum resident billionaires, Mumbai has ranked ahead of San Francisco, Dallas and Tokyo. The Forbes magazine reported that Moscow has this time knocked off New York from its no. 1 position since 2001. The commercial capital of India boasts of 20 billionaires, who have much higher average wealth if compared with Moscow’s average net wealth of billionaires at 5.9 billion dollar.
