Somewhere at the end of last year, Motorola launched the Moto Z8 which came with features like video playback, wallpapers and ringtones as well as a rather generous registration to the official Ferrari website. The latest product to hit the market from the Motorola stable is the the RAZR V9 that boasts of the famous Prancing Horse symbol which symbolizes passion and commitment. It comes with a lamb-skin case that also has a Ferrari logo on it. However, the specifications of the handset do not differ from its sibling, the Moto Z8.
The handset boasts of features like a 2MP camera, Bluetooth with A2DP Profile, MicroSD card support and even a secondary 2-inch semi-touch sensitive external display, a 240X320 QVGA 262k color display and an internal antenna. It has 3G, HSDPA 3.6 Mbps wireless broadband connection with EDGE/GPRS for data transfer. It features 45MB of internal memory but supports upto 2GB of memory through the memory card slot provided. It also supports audio and video streaming, capture and playback.
However, this launch could upset the Ferrari fans in Europe and US as Motorola does not have any plans to launch the Moto RAZR2 V9 Ferrari edition there. The launch of this handset will only be limited to Latin American and Asian Market.
