Mongolian Prime Minister n Bayar Sanjaa has put down his papers after the ruling part asked him to resign due to health problems.
According o the chief of the ruling party, the resignation request of Sanjaa is yet to be permitted by speaker of the Asian nation's parliament.
Mongolian People's Revolutionary Party General Secretary Khurelsukh Ukhaa mentioned that a meeting of the party leaders would be held on Wednesday for discussing the issues faced by the nation.
Bayar Sanjaa, who is suffering from liver problems due to the hepatitis C infection, had requested for going abroad for treatment purposes. The Mongolian PM had been hospitalized last week after his condition deteriorated.
Mongolia has struggled to cope with plummeting mineral prices, which have hit the economy hard.
