Yokogawa Electric Corp has developed the DLM6000 mixed-signal oscilloscopes and the DL6000 digital oscilloscopes which can help in observing multiple points in mixed-signal devices and electronic circuits. DL6000 oscilloscopes are designed for observing analog signals in the circuits.
The developers have provided several dedicated knobs and switches on the front panel to configure the measurement parameters for frequently used functions directly. More to it, they have used a wide range of mathematical functions to enable operators to carry out more sophisticated computation and analysis.
It has been reported that, there has been a jump of sampling rates from 5 or 10 GS/s for simultaneous multi-channel measurements due to the use of such types of oscilloscopes. It helps in capturing and displaying of high speed signals precisely. Additionally, the memory can store up to 2,000 waveform screens, which will help the users verify the events individually apart from displaying and verifying the correlation between the channels.
The DLM6000 series of oscilloscope can observe up to 16 or 32 digital channels as well as 4 analog channels.
