Mitsubishi has announced the launch of its new car Lancer Sportback Ralliart at the soon-to-be-held Paris Auto show. Sources claim that the high-performance car from Mitsubishi will be presented on October 2, 2008. The new Sportback Ralliart models are available with either a 109hp (81kW) 1.5L engine or a 143hp (106kW) 1.8L engine or a 140hp (104kW) 2.0L turbodiesel. Besides these, other features of the new car include a sport-tuned suspension, four-wheel disc anti-lock brakes (ABS), and 16-inch aluminum alloy wheels. The Lancer Sportback Ralliart also incorporates an active center differential, standard AWD, and twin-piston front brake calipers.
The interior of the new car is eye-catching as well as comfortable. With a length of 4,585mm, the new Mitsubishi car offers up to 344L of space with the rear seats up. The space can be expanded up to 1,394L by folding the rear seats. Report says that the new Lancer Sportback Ralliart will be available in the European market after its launch in Paris Auto Show. The initial price of the new car will be slightly higher than that of sedan. With all its sporty looks and high qualities, the new version from Mitsubishi is surely going attract maximum number of eye-balls in the forth-coming auto show.
