This bubbly actress spills her experience working with Benegal which has changed her entire perspective about film. Getting hands on to work with him Lamba realizes that talent is something that can shun glamour alone.

Your features does not speaks, only your talent, Minisha highlights, "If you are a model, having height is imperative, but cinema is a medium where it doesn't matter. You are on a platform where being tall or short loses relevance."

Moreover, she admits that after her first glamorous role in ‘Kidnap’ had it helped her career to take a different turn and added, "My looks in 'Kidnap' helped open a whole new and different range of opportunities for me. It is something I cherish. Being good looking is important, but not always. You need talent as well. If you have talent, people accept you regardless of the way you look."

The film ‘Well Done Abba’ is based upon a political satire where the noted actor Boman Irani is presented as a narrator of the story, who stunt as a driver. Benegal feels that Lamba really needs more grooming and feels her talent has not emerged well. To this Lamba took it quite graciously and stated, "That's extremely generous of him to have said that, but it's all right. I hope with this film my talent gets appreciated and I get more opportunities to show my potential.”

In her first interaction with Benegal she was apprehensively quite fearful about him and revealed, "At first I was really scared to work with Mr. Benegal. However, once we started shooting, he turned out to be a really calm, jovial, and humorous person. We never saw him upset on the sets.

This film features other actors like Samir Dattani, Ila Arun, Ravi Kisshan, Sonali Kulkarni and Yashpal Sharma also which is slated to go on screen on March 26.
