Microsoft has planned to buy the help the Microsoft user to build apps in their Visual Studio Team Foundation Server. This integration to the Visual studio will enable the developers to market the product in less time.
The developers can use the Eclipse IDE of the Teamprise to develop a good integration and market strategy. This will help the software giant to come up with the new version of Visual Studio called Visual Studio 2010.
S. Somasegar, senior VP of the Developer Division at Microsoft, said, “We know our customers face daily challenges with management, collaboration and development in heterogeneous environments. The industry must take steps to make interoperability a stronger business asset for our customers.”
“With the acquisition of the Teamprise assets, we’re taking a step forward on this journey, providing customers with a viable cross-platform development solution that will help produce business results more quickly,” he added.
According to Teamprise, the customers can feel the vast improvements in its new tools.
Corey Steffen, GM of SourceGear's Teamprise division, said, “For nearly four years, we have made it our mission to deliver strong, best-of-breed tools to our customers for cross-platform development.”
“By joining forces with Microsoft, we see an opportunity to further our mission — and customers’ benefits — by fostering joint innovation between Teamprise solutions and Team Foundation Server,” he explained.
Microsoft is also optimistic about the new development saying that, it will help the developers to cope up with numerous issues on any platforms and environment.
