Emerging engineering and construction company of India, Larsen & Toubro (L&T) announced that it has procured Rs16.4 billion worth of orders. According to company sources, L&T has attained three contracts worth Rs 9.4 billion for the construction of projects in Delhi and Andhra Pradesh. On the other hand, it has attained a 7-billion rupee refinery order from HPCL-Mittal Energy Ltd, a joint venture of Hindustan Petroleum Corp and Mittal Energy Investments. The procurement of so many contracts is surely going to strengthen the portfolio of the engineering and construction company.
