Larsen & Toubro has said that two of the offshore contracts of ONGC have been bagged by it.

According to the construction and engineering major, Larsen and Toubro (L&T), two offshore contracts from Oil and Natural Gas Corp (ONGC) worth Rs.5,300 crore has been bagged by the company.
 
The tenure for the completion of the project is 33 months.
 
The contract is for the Mumbai High North (MHN) process platform and living quarters, with an additional order for supply of three process gas compression modules to be installed in the same complex.
 
The projects were won by L&T via bidding against international majors like Hyundai and Samsung.
 
The MHN process platform of ONGC will cater to bulk of the hydrocarbon production from the Mumbai High North field.
