LG electronics has finally launched KF700, its new multimedia phone which for the first time combines three input methods to provide instant access to the features of the cell phone. The LG KF700’s three separate input methods offer unparalleled convenience to the user. It happens to be the first phone to combine a 3 inch touchscreen, a shortcut dial and an alphanumeric keypad. Using a cell phone hence could never have been simpler.
The handset is available in black and silver, along with a black model with chrome accents. The shortcut dial on the rear of the phone rapidly scrolls through six-user selected features by controlling a virtual dial on the phone. The shortcut dial can also be used to adjust volume, scroll through e-mails or to zoom in on web pages.
The LG KF700 comes with a full featured Web browser, which is its most powerful multimedia feature. The Web browser provides the user access to Google search, Gmail, Blogs, Maps and YouTube. Other features of the LG KF700 include an MP3 player, 3.0 megapixel camera, Bluetooth connectivity, MPEG4 video player and USB connectivity among other things.
