LG has launched its latest sliding QWERTY keypad laden handset, the GT350. The phone is said to be a successor to the earlier launched the KS360 phone. The KS360 handset had been launched in 2008.

The LG KS360 handset was known as the Neon and was a popular phone recording more than 5 million units since its introduction in August 2008.

The latest GT350 sports a large 3-inch touchscreen display and comes with a four row sliding QWERTY keyboard. Apart from that the set incorporates several features like push e-mail, web browser and social networking support.

According to the company, the latest set will come in four shades like black, purple, aqua blue and light silver.

The LG GT350 set is expected to be available initially across Europe in April and then in Asia including India. However, there is no word about its pricing.
