Lenovo’s LePad tablet computer will be launched across the world in June after making its debut in home, China, the company said. Yet the company is not sure of which all markets it would target.

Besides, Lenovo LePad tablet computer will be launched by the end of March, according to the company’s statement. Lenovo LePad will come priced around $399 to $449.

The LePad tablet was first unveiled at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2011 in Las Vegas. With 10.1 inches display screen, the tablet runs on Android 2.2 OS, which is a bit older version for the current market.

Several other tablets set for launch this spring will come with upgraded Android OS like Gingerbread and even few come with Honeycomb, the very recently launched Android software. The device is powered by a 1.2GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor.

This is the first time Lenovo steps into tablet market with its LePad tablet computer.
