The Rawalpindi bench of Lahore High Court has ordered the Pakistan Anti-terrorism court for formally indicting the 7 Mumbai 26/11 attack suspects, who have been currently imprisoned in Adiala jail.
 
The division bench, after hearing Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) chief Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi’s petition, has given the instructions for Judge Malik Muhammad Akram Awan for formally indicting the seven suspected.
 
Lakhvi had urged the court to dismiss the hearing against him and others.
 
Lakhvi has been accused by India as the mastermind behind 26/11 attacks whereas communications expert Zarar Shah, bu al-Qama, Hamad Amin Sadiq and Shahid Jamil Riaz have been accused for aiding the attackers.
