‘Poker Face’ hitmaker Lady Gaga was seen in a red exercise outfit in Bikram yoga session in London.Reportedly the pop star has been spotted in many yoga classes which work out in sweltering temperatures, in recent times.
Reports say that the singer has taken the old technique to keep herself fit before she embarks on her world tour.Gaga was spotted with her instructors at the Bikram Yoga Centre, she looked attractive in her purple costume and black-white wedged heels.
The practice involves strenuous exercises in 26 different postures at sauna temperatures for around 90 minutes. Gaga is an old student of Bikram Yoga and had joined the classes in 2004 when she was not a known face.
During her visit to Bikram Yoga Studio located in Lower East Side of the city she was happy with the session and left a note expressing her happiness. As reported by a website,the note to her instructor Tricia Donegan read, “Thank you so much for today. Lately I’ve been kicking ass in yoga, but I’m excited to embark on an even deeper journey with you.You are such an inspiration. I will be back soon. W more hydration + sleep. Yoga heals me + so do you,”
