For instance there is the legendary television presenter Terry Wogan whom the 40 year-old singer pushed to the second slot. Bruce Forsyth, 80, the host of Strictly Come Dancing has emerged third, whereas Michael Parkinson, 73, the retired chat show host has come fourth in the poll.
The last name in the category of top five popular celebrities is that of Vicar of Dibley star Dawn French, 50. Kylie Minogue who was diagnosed with breast cancer has been praised for the way she battled with this life-threatening disease and emerged victorious.
