The Kolkata High Court will announce it judgment on the case of Rizwanur Rahman who according to some reports was forced to commit suicide or was murdered. Rahman was a 30 year old graphic designer and his only crime was he loved a daughter of a rich person.
 
The murder case had came into news when CBI chargesheeted Rizwanur's father-in-law Ashok Todi, his brother Pradeep Todi and an NGO worker Syed Mohiuddin alias Pappu. The case came in limelight for it being an inter-religious marriage, and Pappu who was against it had threatened Rizwan of dire consequences if he did not divorce Priyanka.
 
The case also involves the future of four senior police officials who have been charged for cooperating with criminals; these include Deputy Commissioners of police Gyanwant Singh and Ajay Kumar, former Assistant Commissioner of the Detective Department, Sukanti Chakraborty, and sub-inspector Krishnendu Das. The cold blooded murder showed the link of Mr Todi with high echelons.
