Naughty angel Katy Perry is popularly known for donning eye watering latex and raunchy clothes but recently at Variety magazine's Power of Comedy event in Los Angeles the singer opted to wear something elegant and classy.
The singer was looking stunningly beautiful in her short, long sleeved dress with a bow on top. Perry added grace to her look with straight hair and nude coloured platform pumps.
The event was to honour her husband Russel Brand for his outstanding contributions to women's cancer charities. The comic icon has been working for the cause since his mother Barbara struggled with the illness three times.
Brand who was the guest of honour at Variety magazine's event sported ripped jeans, a velvet black jacket and tie.
At the event Brand said that cancer is a serious issue and it has deeply affected his life. However, he didn’t forget to add a pinch of comic in his statement.
Brand was quoted as saying, 'It's an area that's affected my life and continues to be important. It's given me some latitude to rationalize and justify touching women's boobs.'
