Katy Perry is set to marry her dream man in October but it seems her golden days have already started as she has been named as the queen of summer 2010. The beauty has been bestowed with the title after lead single ‘California Gurls’ from her third studio album, Teenage Dream rocked the Billboard pop charts
According to the summer survey the teaming of Perry with rapper Snoop Dogg was better than any other track on the chart. This is the second time that the 25-year beauty has been crowned in the summer countdown. Her ‘I Kissed a Girl’ topped the charts in 2008.
Meanwhile, Eminem's fans will be sad to know the his duet with Rihanna ‘Love the Way You Lie’ secured the second place while B.o.B's ‘Airplanes’ came third.
Usher's ‘OMG’ and ‘Dynamite’ by Taio Cruz round out the season top five.
