Katrina Kaif was in a relationship with Bollywood hunk Salman Khan; the rumors of their break-up have turned true. Katrina also accepts the fact that she is single which automatically explains that she had a break-up with her long time lover.

 

Katrina Kaif, confirms the news and adds, “I am single. But beyond that I don't think I need to give too much of details.”

 

Katrina also says that she is very sensitive to media and she always had a fear of openly speaking about her relationship. She fears that statements can be twisted and a new meaning can be interpreted altogether.

 

She adds, "Sometimes it's hard enough to take decisions, professional sometimes but mostly personal and wherever the decision that you have to take, it's very difficult to take them and if you have to make them in front of everybody, whether it's media, or the public or the world, I think that's a little bit more than what I can handle. That's why for six years, I have never commented who I am with, if I had a break up, if there is an argument.”

 

She has a philosophy that commitment in a relationship is changed and affected by situations and if you have committed to something, then you must stand by, but still situations can’t be compromised.
