Hollywood beauty Katie Holmes is a style icon and is known for her tremendous styling and out of the box thinking but it seems her 4-years daughter Suri has adapted her traits and is set to follow her mother’s footsteps. Suri left the critics stunned with her smart dressing style and perfect choice of colours at series of public appearances and now she is a youngest trend setter.
Even her dearest mom agrees that she is a budding fashion designer.
"Suri and I do that (customise) now with her clothes. Or rather, she does it. She says, `I want this sleeve cut, ` and it`s like, `Okay, we`ll cut it. ` She picks out all of her own clothes and has since she was one-and-a-half," Holmes said.
Holmes, 31 who owns her clothing line called, ‘the Holmes & Yang collection’ insists that she wanted to design something special for Suri when she was born.
"I started making clothes for Suri when she was born, designing dresses, and then having seamstresses sew them, because I don`t sew very well. "As a child, I was always drawing clothes, and I`ve always loved fabrics, and when Suri was born, I wanted to have certain things be from me and created just by me for her," Holmes said.
