Riding high on success after "Jab We Met" and Tashan, the new hot property of Bollywood Kareena Kapoor is ready to star opposite Salman Khan in ‘Main Aur Mrs. Khanna’. To be directed by debutant Prem Soni, Main Aur Mrs. Khanna will also bring back brothers Salman and Sohail Khan together on screen after ‘Maine Pyar Kyun Kiya’.
The film is being made in the genre of romance and Kareena will be shown as married to Salman. The last film Salman and Kareena did together was ‘Kyunki’, which was a serious drama and had failed at the box office. The plot of the film is about a young married couple who are having a troubled married life and eventually the wife falls in love with a worker in a club, played by Sohail Khan. With the marriage troubles, Govinda enters in the film who is a marriage counselor to patch up the matter. The film is slated to release by the end of 2008.
