Kareena Kapoor is sounding too boastful of herself now-a-days, it is true that she is one of the hottest personalities of Bollywood and perhaps she is also one of the most expensive Bollywood stars, but is she boasting around for that?

 

She states, “`Refugee` was a very special film because I always wanted to prove myself as an actress and not to be known just as a glam doll. There are films like `Refugee`, `Chameli`, `Omkara`, `Jab We Met`, `3 Idiots` and `Kurbaan`; they all have been very different.”

“I don`t think any other actress has been able to do such a variety of roles. So the journey, I think, has been colorful.”

 

Quite a boastful sentence, isn’t it? Well, whatever it is, but celebrities like her seek total liberty in expressing themselves as they know it won’t perish their market value.

 

She further says that she do not want to do ‘Barbie Dolls’ kind of rolls and just dance around trees, but she want to act and take up challenging roles.

Kareena adds further, “I enjoy acting. Acting is in my blood, it is in my genes, it is in my DNA and you can see that on screen I like doing different roles. I can`t do just those films where I am looking pretty and sing and dance around trees. I want to act.”

Bebo will be next seen in ‘We Are family’ opposite to Arjun Rampal and Kajol. She will be seen playing the role of Arjun’s girl friend, while Kajol will play the role of ex-wife.
