The only independent filmmaking house which took the maximum number of projects even in recession is Karan’s Dharma Productions. He has also made an effort to kick start many films under other banners.

Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions can be called as the most loyal independent production house in the recent times. He has not only directed his own films like My Name Is Khan, but other numerous films.

The list starts from Ayan Mukerji’s ‘Wake Up Sid’, debutante director Rensil D'Silva’s ‘Kurbaan’ and Tarun Mansukhani ‘Koochie Koochie Hota Hai’.

Now, he is getting ready to begin for the shooting of the film, ‘Dostana 2’.

His currents projects are IHLS, Agneepath remake and ‘We Are Family’.

One would wonder what makes Karan work so hard and that too with such confidence.

Karan adds, “Believe me; it's not difficult at all. All of you have to do is follow a three point 'mantra' - 'Delegation', 'Outsourcing' and 'Trust'. Along with that, if you have the right vision and infrastructure in place, which we do have in Dharma Productions, it isn't difficult to crack it all".

"That's the way you manage things and I have been fortunate enough to have a team with which it has become possible to helm number of projects at the same time".
