MTV ‘Roadies’ upcoming season called ‘Roadies Battleground 3-Highway To Hell’ has a helpline in the show which is named after the name of the lead character in John’s upcoming movie ‘Jhootha Hi Sahi’. It is a promotional stunt for the movie which would help in making the movie popular amongst the viewers.

 

John explains about his ‘Sid’ character in the movie and says, “Sid loves to lie. He lies to get his love back without cheating and the beauty about the clues here (in Roadies) is I will help the contestants bend the rules but will make sure they don't cheat.”

 

The helpline would be available for the contestants from time to time and they can pick their phones, dial the number and can seek help. Sid would give the contestants a clue about their task to go ahead and win at any cost.

 

He also compares the film and the roadie’s reality show and he says, “It's a very different role of a simple guy, just like the contestants of Roadies. It's a great film and I am very proud to say that the entire cast and crew has done a fantabulous job."

 

‘Jhootha Hi Sahi’ is directed by Abbas Tyrewala and its freshness can be compared to British comedy film ‘Notting Hill’.John further adds, “Jhoota Hi Sahi is one for guys who want to see a young, fresh film. It's probably in the space of a Notting Hill in terms of its freshness.”

 

The character of John in the movie would be introduced in the show and the participants would gradually depend on the ‘Sid’ helpline.
