Hollywood’s versatile actor Jim Carrey has ended his 5-year old relationship with long time girlfriend Jenny Mccarthy.
Marleah Leslie, the publicist of Jim Carrey informed, “Jim and Jenny have recently decided to end their five-year relationship. They are grateful for the many blessings they have shared and wish each other the very best."
Earlier, the couple had hinted about their break-up on their respective Twitter feeds.
Few weeks back, in an interview McCarthy had claimed that she is enjoying every bit of becoming the grandmother at the age of 37.
Jenny Mccarthy had said, "I think I'm going to rock at it and love the kid to pieces. It doesn't bother me when people call me 'grandma.' I love nothing more in the world."
She added, "I love Jim in any form. He could have no arms and no legs and I'll love the stump of him."
The couple started dating in 2005. Jim Carrey reportedly also joined McCarthy's controversial campaign to create awareness of a possible (and still unconfirmed) link between childhood vaccinations and autism.
