Jiah Khan, one of the latest discoveries of the Indian film Industry, has inked a deal with UTV Motion Pictures for two of their upcoming films. This deal came after UTV reportedly asked Jiah to leave it's new film "Yahoo". Jiah confirmed this news by issuing a press release in which she said that, UTV has signed her for two of their future films to be started later this year.
Earlier, according to media report, Jiah, who was last seen in the hit movie "Ghajini", was asked to leave "Yahoo" directed by Ken Ghosh and features Shahid Kapur in the male lead. However, the dazzling actress clarified that, after UTV made some changes in the script, she felt that she did not suit the character and voluntarily left the project. Sounding on the same line UTV has also clarified that Jiah left "Yahoo" after creative changes were made to the script.
Ram Mirchandani, COO, UTV Rampage Motion Pictures said that, speculations in the industry about Jiah being dropped out of 'Yahoo' are completely erroneous and that was a mutual decision whereby she opted out of the project seeing a misfit between the character and herself. Praising Jiah as a wonderful actor with amazing talent, he confirmed that, the company has signed her for next projects and is looking forward to working with her.
