According to a top official of Jet Airways, India’s private air carrier, the daily flights between New Delhi and Hong Kong will be effective from Sep 30.
"The return Hong Kong-New Delhi flight would be launched Oct 1 to mark China's national day," said the Jet Airways’ chief executive, Wolfgang Prock-Schauer.
According to Wolfgang Prock-Schauer, the Airbus 330-200 aircrafts, which possess wider bodies, will be used for the flights which will operate on a daily basis.
Jet Airways, which currently possesses a fleet of 84 aircraft, has flights for about 65 destinations, which includes places within India as well as destinations outside India.
The flights of this Indian private air carrier are available to destinations like New York (both JFK and Newark), Toronto, Brussels, London (Heathrow), Hong Kong (from Mumbai), Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Colombo, Bangkok, Kathmandu, Dhaka, Kuwait, Bahrain, Muscat, Doha, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Jeddah and Riyadh.
