India’s private air carrier, Jet Airways, has launched its new flights between Kochi and the Gulf emirate of Sharjah on Tuesday.
This is the forth daily flight service provided by the Jet Airways to the Gulf from Kochi, complementing its services to Doha, Kuwait and Muscat.
This is also the 8th eighth daily service of the private air carrier to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) from India. Jet Airways operates flights to Kuwait, Bahrain, Muscat, Doha, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Jeddah.
Jet Airways had started services to Dubai from Hyderabad on Aug 16.
The airline also flies twice daily to Dubai from Mumbai and daily from Delhi and Chennai, besides daily services to Abu Dhabi from Delhi and Mumbai.
