After gaining lot of weight, now singer turned actress Jessica Simpson has taken U-turn and is following a strict fitness regime in order to shed those extra kilos under the guidance of her fitness trainer, Danny Musico.
Danny Musico has designed a special exercise regime for the sex symbol of Hollywood.
Jessica Simpson quoted, "It's a 60-minute, interval-based workout. The best part is the punching, it gets a lot of aggression out.”
The client list of Musico includes celebrities like, Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio, singer Justin Bieber and Simpson's dad, Joe Simpson.
Danny Musico explained, "She's getting leaner and told me she went down three dress sizes. She's pushing herself to new levels. She'll run for three minutes as fast as she can, then rest for 30 seconds, then box for three minutes and so on.”
Simpson, 29 who is busy these days with her show ‘The Price of Beauty’, is not getting enough time to make to the gym regularly.
"With her clothing line getting ready for another season of 'The Price of Beauty', it's hard to find the time. But when she's at the gym, she always gives 100 percent,” Musico said.
