Singer turned actress Jennifer Lopez who recently made her comeback into movies after giving birth to her twins has helped in raising $6.7 million for AIDS research. The actress helped at the star-studded auction event in France.
 
The Hollywood beauty helped to auction 10 precious gifts like a gold-plated bottle of Dom Perignon champagne and a flight in a fighter jet.
 
Lopez, 40 who was busy attending ongoing 63rd Cannes Film Festival took time out for the auction. The other celebrities who attended the auction were: Paris Hilton, Naomi Watts, Mick Jagger and Naomi Campbell.
 
Musician Mary J. Blige and Patti Smith provided the music and actor Russell Crowe helped lead the bids. Each seat at the event cost $6,000.
