Guess who gets paid the best at Infosys? This would come as a surprise to many but it is the human resources head, TV Mohandas Pai of Infosys who takes homes the fattest pay package.  Pai’s salary and bonus, infact, is the highest among all the board of directors of the company and this includes even Chairperson Nandan M Nilekani as well as CEO S Gopalakrishnan.

 

The IT giant, Infosys's recent filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) showed that TV Mohandas gets a salary of $82,033 and a bonus of $3,08,625 per year. This figure is the highest among the 15 members of the board. The company’s key mentor NR Narayana Murthy chairs the board, whereas Nandan M Nilekani who is one of the co-founders and director is the co-chairperson. Nandan M Nilekani gets a salary of $51,414 and $1,22,841 as bonus. Narayana Murthy, on the other hand, does not take home any of them but $1,25,000 in annual compensation.
