Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone has been replaced by an Indian model Diana Penty as the new brand ambassador of international cosmetics brand Maybelline New York. By becoming the new face of Maybelline, Diana Penty has joined the ranks of international supermodels like Adriana Lima and Christy Turlington.
Commenting on her new achievement, the Indian model said that it is a privilege to represent such a vibrant and multi-ethnic brand like Maybelline New York. When asked about replacing Deepika Padukone, Diana Penty stated that it is a great achievement to find herself at the same platform as international models. Deepika Padukone became the brand ambassador of Maybelline in June 2007.
The CEO of Elite Model Management, Sushma Puri hailed Diana Penty, the young model of her institute for endorsing a high class international brand. According to Puri, Diana's face is very versatile and appeals to both Indian and international markets. Apart from it, she is young, beautiful and confident.
