It was on Saturday eve last week the engagement ring ceremony took place between young actor, Imran Khan of The ‘Jaane Tu... Ya Jaane’ and his long-time girlfriend Avantika Malik, the daughter of TV18's honcho Vandana Malik.
It is stated to be after the couple's courtship for five years, they finally landed on this day.
The entire event was taken place at the Malik’s farmhouse in Karjat, in outskirt of Mumbai. The list of guests were chosen strictly from family and close friends of the industry.
Reportedly, Aamir Khan uncle of Imran was present in the ceremony along with his wife Kiran Rao, son Junaid, brother Faisal Khan, parents Tahir Hussain and wife Zeenat, uncle Mansoor Khan and Aamir’s ex-wife Reena. Even other big film personalities like Karan Johar, Kunal Kohli, Kunal Kapoor, Abhay Deol, Sarika and few others had attended the wedding.
The best part is that Imran has gifted his fiancée a Volkswagen Beetle as her engagement present.
