World's leading IT company IBM is in the process of seeking patent for marketing its newly developed portable personal computing environment server. As per report, IBM has got the patent license of World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).The server was developed by two Indians, Chandrashekhar Narayanswami and T M Raghunath. The IT major is said to have filed its patent application on January, 2008. Besides India, IBM has also filed its patent application in other countries of the world. The Company claimed that the new developed server have the power to change the entire computing paradigm.
 
Talking about the new sever, the Company informed that the new portable server has the capability to allow a user to work on all operating systems. Besides these, the server comprises a storage device storing a personal computing environment. The new server is so portable that the user can take it back to his home and after working on it, he can bring it back to office. The server is interface-based equipment and one does not need to worry about any licenses, upgrades, security patches and backups.
