The Korean automaker company, Hyundai is all set to unveil its all new Santa Fe Concept at Paris Motor Show. The dynamic new Santa Fe incorporates a petrol-electric hybrid powertrain. Although the auto company has not released any detailed information about the new version but agreed that the concept sticks to the over all design of the existing Santa Fe.
The new version is equipped with 2.4 petrol engine, paired with six-speed automatic transmission and a 30 kw electric motor powered by lithium-ion batteries. Its is claimed that the SUV will get 36 mpg and CO2 emission at 148g/km which is quite acceptable for the roads of UK where taxes are charged on the basis of the amount of emission of the vehicle.
Since the new Santa Fe will be equipped with lithium-polymer batteries, it will be the first of its kind and will definitely make a great impact in the market. It is quite sure that billions of fans would love to take a look at this hybrid car by Hyundai.
