Hyundai will launch its i20 passenger car in Paris Auto show starting from October 2. The passenger car, according to the company source will add value to Hyundai. The firm believes that the car would be the best selling Hyundai model in the European range.

 

The car is designed at Hyundai's European Design Centre in Germany. The safety and environment standards too are tested according to European standards. The car is entirely built on a new platform and much of the ride and handling development took place on European roads.

 

The Hyundai i20 will be available with several different 4-cylinder engines. The firm has released the details of 1.4 Liter CRDI diesel engine only, which generates 90 horsepower and 220 Nm of torque. The five–door i20 is made on a platform that features longer wheelbase compared to its predecessor model, the Getz.
