The speakers of this year's IGF include representatives of the government, private sector, civil societies, academia, Internet communities and International organisations. Various issues concerning Internet will be addressed at the IGF. The discussions will also find out means to utilise the benefits of internet for socio-economic development. There will be panel discussions and workshops on several internet related issues, such as Internet accessibility for people with disabilities; freedom of expression in cyberspace; online privacy etc.

The international forum will also address the issues of cyber crime and child protection.
