Seeing the youths in India as prospective customers, the leading consumer Notebook PC brand Hewlett-Packard (HP) unveiled its new ranges of Compaq notebooks on September 29, 2008. These new ranges of laptops are designed as per the preference of the young generation. One of the prime features of the new range of laptops is that they come with built in TV tuner card. With TV tuner card, one can watch different TV programmes on the laptop. The laptops also feature Blue ray drive and an infra red remote control.
There are various multi-media features available in HP Notebooks including backlit keyboard, finger print reader and HDMI 1.3. The Director-Consumer Products of Hewlett-Packard India, Rajiev Grover claimed that the new ranges of HP laptops are imbibed with all the features that are preferred by the young generation. That's why, manufacturer has put some add-on features like the flush glass finish and the 3D drive guard, he further stated.
As per Grover, the company has devoted much of time and money to come out with these laptops that cater to the preference of the young generation. The new ranges of HP laptops are attractive as well as sturdy, claimed the HP director. The market price of the latest series of HP laptops will be Rs 26,990 to Rs 48,990. The eye-catchy series of laptops from HP with so many multimedia features is surely going to win the hearts of young Indians.
